Daines Leads Bipartisan Bill to Help Boost Montanans’ Retirement Savings

U.S. SENATE – U.S. Senator Steve Daines (R-Mont.), amember of the Senate Finance Committee, and Ben Cardin (D-M.D.) introduced an expanded version of the “Promotion and Expansion of Private Employee Ownership Act.” This bipartisan legislation will encourage retirement savings by bolstering the growth of S corporations that are owned by Employee Stock Ownership Plans (S-ESOP) and would make it easier for middle class Montanans to invest towards retirement.
