U.S. SENATE – U.S. Senator Steve Daines continued his efforts supporting hardworking and brave firefighters, both career and volunteer, by joining the Congressional Fire Services Caucus.

“Montana’s hardworking firefighters are first on the scene when a disaster strikes and I’m proud to join this caucus and continue working to address the needs of our first responders who help keep our communities safe every day,” Daines stated.

The announcement came yesterday during a meeting with local firefighters at Bozeman Fire Station 1 including, Joe Kitowski, Vice President of the Montana State Firemen’s Association, and Michael Doto, Chief of the Centerville Volunteer Fire Department in Butte and the Montana delegate to the National Volunteer Fire Council.
