U.S. SENATE —U.S. Senator Steve Daines today announced academy nominee Emma Martinsen of Billings, Montana has been offered an appointment to the United States Naval Academy. “Emma is a bright young Montanan that has dreamed of attending the Naval Academy and serving her nation since she was young,” Daines said. “Congratulations, Emma!” Emma graduated from Billings High School in 2020 and is a current student at Georgia Military College on a U.S. Naval Academy Scholarship.
