Don't look up! 🤣

Very demeaning & totally inappropriate comment by a uniformed Officer in the US Military.

This general is a disgrace to the uniform.

Thanks for nothing...... Thank you Steve for keeping Montana in the "loop".

Information rather than political posturing from Dr Richardson's post"Today, about 6 miles off the South Carolina coast, a pilot flying a U.S. Air Force F-22 fighter jet fired a missile to shoot down what appears to have been a Chinese spy balloon that has flown above the U.S. for the last four days. Such intelligence balloons are not unusual—there were at least three during the Trump administration and one before in the Biden administration, but they were not visible to the public—and U.S. defense officials are accustomed to dealing with them. They “took immediate steps to protect against the balloon’s collection of sensitive information, mitigating its intelligence value.”

Billings is now the "Roswell" of Montana.

Information rather than fomentation from Dr Richardson:"Natasha Bertrand wrote that such officials told reporters: “The surveillance balloon's overflight of US territory was of intelligence value to us... we were able to study and scrutinize the balloon and its equipment, which has been valuable.” Republicans have used the balloon fiasco to score political points, flooding media with statements about Chinese spying on the U.S. and complaints that no one would have tried such a thing under former president Trump. On Thursday, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said, “Biden should shoot down the Chinese spy balloon immediately…. President Trump would have never tolerated this. President Trump would have never tolerated many things happening to America.” (In fact, Trump tolerated at least three similar events, and as a member of the Homeland Security Committee, Greene should know this.) Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) complained that “[t]he administration failed to protect our border and now has failed to protect our skies.”

Oh, this happened three times, at least, when Trump was President. Where was your outrage then?

At least three Chinese spy balloons infiltrated US air space while Trump was president. How did you react to that? Let's be clear. The spy balloon's communication was blocked. They got no more information than they already have.

3 flew over the US when the trump was in office. Didn't hear your whine then, daines.

Once again Daines using an adversaries breech to divide our country and mock our military. With zero kudos to the aviators who shot it down. China loves you Senator Steve Daines.

And what if that balloon contained lethal nuclear or biological materials? Your machismo could've gotten a lot of people killed.

The balloon is a big fat nothing burger. Its only purpose is stir up trouble for know nothing politicians. And, Senator Daines, you fit right in!! You are one of the best nothing burgers I know!!

The Biden administration reportedly learned of the CCP spy balloon on January 28th — nearly a week before residents in Montana spotted the balloon loitering over their state. It’s clear the Biden administration had hoped to hide this national security failure from Congress and the American people.

Most of you are holding a device in your hands with cameras and microphones that were made in China, likely using apps programmed in China, and you are concerned about a balloon....

What other classified information do you think the military should be posting to social media?

Our long national nightmare has at last come to an end. I remember Pearl Harbor, The Bulge, D-Day, Khe Sanh, the Chosin Reservoir, 9/11 - they all pale in comparison to what the American people have endured these past few days. Or at least according to your average Republican politician.

As of Saturday afternoon it has been shot down, with no damage to life or property. They are right now salvaging the parts. China will protest. We will reverse engineer the balloon to discover what it was doing.up there. China will be embarrassed and angry. They may force down one of our assets in the Taiwanese straight and we will be at the brink one more time.

118th Congress Social Security Pledge Status “I promise to never vote to cut Social Security or Medicare under any circumstances.” Matt Rosendale R (MT-2) No (Supports benefit cuts as a member of the RSC)

Wonder if the Steve and Greg feel bad about making their milions selling spyware to China through Right Now Technologies

What a sad, weak excuse for a general.

Speaking of the "Wall Street Journal," did You see the story on the front page??? PRESIDENT BIDEN ADDS OVER HALF-A-MILLION JOBS IN JANUARY!!! Let's hear it for Our Democratically elected, popular vote winning, DEMOCRAT President!!! The last guy was a TOTAL FAILURE! Kind of makes You wonder what type of low-energy losers would vote for a dummy like tr***...

Excellent response from Brig Gen Ryder.
